Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Made Easy

• Enter your email address and order number.
• Select the items you want to return or exchange.
• Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label for your current item and send you a new one if you are exchanging sizes.

What items are returnable?

• You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• The Ankle Brace must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packaging.

What items are non-refundable?

• Clearly used or damaged items.
• If you wore your brace a few times and it is clearly used, please let us know the details when returning or exchanging.

Refunds

• We refund to the original payment method.
